Exercise Mats For Your Stretching Exercises

But it turns out that you should do your cardio workout first to get your muscles warm and get your heart pumping then do your stretching exercises.
It’s not good to stretch muscles that are cold. It’s harder and you have a greater risk of an injury or pulling a muscle. So it’s best to do your running, biking or your workout on your home exercise equipment then break out your exercise mat and start doing your stretches. An exercise mat will make stretching more comfortable and easier. When you have the right gear you’ll be able to make the most of your stretching exercises.
