    Before you switch back to eating solid food, start by drinking one or two glasses of orange juice. Orange juice helps your body absorb all the nutrients from other foods. Do not immediately take solid food. Eat solid foods in a gradual manner by taking fruits and vegetables first that are high in fiber. You can also include vegetable salad in your diet.
